Listening on this website

You can listen without creating an account. Audio and artwork are delivered from our Namecheap hosting. Requests can produce hosting access and security logs containing an IP address, requested page and browser information. These are used to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or a separate website analytics service.

Release updates

Our optional signup form uses Brevo to process your email address, consent and subscription status on our behalf. The embedded form loads only when you choose Get release updates. You subscribe to Aurescape music release updates only after confirming your address by email. Subscription is optional and is not required to listen.

Brevo records delivery and may record email opens and link clicks, including related technical information such as IP addresses. These records help us operate the newsletter and understand whether messages arrive and are used. This is separate from listening on this website.

We retain your subscription information until you unsubscribe or request removal, subject to limited suppression and consent records needed to respect your choices. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe here. You can also contact the studio to withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion.

The form loads from Brevo and its processing is also described in Brevo’s privacy information. If you believe your information has been handled improperly, you may contact your local data protection authority.

Contact and external platforms

If you email the studio, we use your address and message to respond. Business mail is handled through Private Email and forwarded to our business Gmail account. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Links to YouTube, Mixcloud and future stores open those providers, which have their own privacy practices.
